All domain sellers must agree not to contact or initiate contact at any time for any purpose, either directly or indirectly with the buyer.

As long as a sale is completed once a potential buyer engages a broker, a 15% commission is payable to the broker.

Domain Brokerage

Our terms require that the domain is not sold elsewhere during the exclusivity period. We charge 15% commission with a minimum commission of $350.

Your warranty: You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the domain name, free and clear, and that you have the ability to transfer the domain if sold.
